This policy explains what information the mobile game **Snake Apple** (Android, package
`com.lamoki.snakeapple`, “the app”) handles, and why.
### Summary
– There are **no accounts** and no sign-in. We never ask for your name, email, phone number or
any other personal details.
– **We, the developer, do not collect personal data** and run no servers that receive information
about you. Your game progress stays on your device.
– The app uses Google services that do process some data: **Google AdMob** (ads) with the **User
Messaging Platform** (consent), **Firebase Analytics**, **Firebase Remote Config / Hosting**
(new levels) and **Google Play Billing** (purchases). They are described below.
### Information stored on your device
Your progress (levels completed, stars, best moves), energy, hints, skins, purchases cache and
settings (sound, music, vibration) are saved locally on your device. Downloaded level chapters are
cached on the device. This information is not sent to us. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data
deletes it. Android’s own backup may include it in your Google account backup if you enabled
device backup.
### Advertising — Google AdMob and consent
The app shows ads from Google AdMob (banners, ad breaks between levels and optional reward
videos). To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and
process: your device’s **advertising ID** and app-set ID, **IP address** (from which an
approximate location is derived), device and app information (model, OS version, language, app
version), and **interactions with ads** (impressions, clicks) and diagnostic data.
– **Consent:** in the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland and other regions where it is
required, the app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to ask for your consent before ads are
requested. You can change your choice at any time in **Settings → Privacy options**.
– You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalisation, in your Android
device settings (**Settings → Privacy → Ads** / **Google → Ads**).
– Buying **Remove Ads** turns off banners and ad breaks; optional reward videos remain available
when you choose to watch them.

### Analytics — Firebase Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics (Google) to understand how the game is played, so we can balance levels
and fix problems. The app logs gameplay events such as level started / won / failed / skipped,
moves and stars, hint and undo use, reward video completions and which product was purchased
(product name only). Firebase also automatically collects an app-instance identifier, the
advertising ID (where permitted), device and app information, approximate location (country/region
from IP) and usage data such as sessions. We see this information only in aggregated, anonymous
reports; it is not linked to your name or contact details because we have none.

### New levels — Firebase Remote Config and Hosting
The app checks Firebase Remote Config for the list of available chapters and may download new level
packs from Firebase Hosting. These requests include technical data needed to deliver the content
(IP address, a Firebase installation identifier, app version, device information). No personal data
is included.
### Purchases — Google Play Billing
In-app purchases (Remove Ads, Unlimited Hints) are processed by **Google Play**. We do not receive
or store your payment card or billing details. The app only receives from Google Play which
products you own, so it can unlock them and restore them after reinstalling. Google’s privacy

### Sharing
We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone other than the Google services listed
above, which act as our service providers or as independent controllers under their own policies.
The “Share” button opens Android’s share sheet with a text and a Play Store link; what you share
and with whom is up to you.
### Children
Snake Apple is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not
knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal
information, contact us and we will help remove it.
### Data retention and your rights
Data on your device is kept until you clear the app’s data or uninstall it. Data processed by
Google is kept according to Google’s policies (Firebase Analytics data is retained for up to 14
months by default). Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR in the EU/UK, Vietnam’s Decree
13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or
object to processing of your data and to withdraw consent. Because the app has no accounts, we
usually cannot identify you; contact `[CONTACT_EMAIL]` and we will help as far as possible, for
example by asking Google to delete analytics data for your app instance.
### Security
All communication between the app and Google services uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).
### Changes
We may update this policy when the app changes. The new version will be published at this address
with a new effective date.

### Thông tin lưu trên thiết bị
Tiến trình (màn đã qua, số sao, số bước tốt nhất), năng lượng, gợi ý, skin, bộ nhớ đệm giao dịch
và cài đặt (âm thanh, nhạc, rung) được lưu trên máy của bạn. Các chương màn chơi tải về được lưu
đệm trên máy. Những thông tin này không gửi cho chúng tôi. Gỡ ứng dụng hoặc xoá dữ liệu ứng dụng sẽ
xoá chúng. Nếu bạn bật sao lưu thiết bị, Android có thể đưa chúng vào bản sao lưu trong tài khoản
Google của bạn.
### Quảng cáo — Google AdMob và sự đồng ý
Ứng dụng hiển thị quảng cáo của Google AdMob (banner, quảng cáo giữa các màn và video có thưởng tuỳ
chọn). Để phân phối, đo lường quảng cáo và chống gian lận, Google Mobile Ads SDK có thể thu thập và
xử lý: **mã nhận dạng quảng cáo** và app-set ID của thiết bị, **địa chỉ IP** (từ đó suy ra vị trí
gần đúng), thông tin thiết bị và ứng dụng (dòng máy, phiên bản hệ điều hành, ngôn ngữ, phiên bản
ứng dụng), **tương tác với quảng cáo** (lượt hiển thị, lượt nhấn) và dữ liệu chẩn đoán.
– **Sự đồng ý:** tại Khu vực Kinh tế Châu Âu, Vương quốc Anh, Thuỵ Sĩ và các khu vực khác có yêu
cầu, ứng dụng dùng User Messaging Platform của Google để xin sự đồng ý của bạn trước khi tải quảng
cáo. Bạn có thể đổi lựa chọn bất cứ lúc nào trong **Cài đặt → Tùy chọn quyền riêng tư**.
– Bạn có thể đặt lại hoặc xoá mã nhận dạng quảng cáo, hoặc tắt quảng cáo được cá nhân hoá, trong

– Mua **Gỡ quảng cáo** sẽ tắt banner và quảng cáo giữa màn; video có thưởng vẫn có khi bạn chủ động
chọn xem.

### Phân tích — Firebase Analytics
Chúng tôi dùng Firebase Analytics (Google) để hiểu cách mọi người chơi, nhằm cân chỉnh độ khó và
sửa lỗi. Ứng dụng ghi các sự kiện chơi như bắt đầu / thắng / thua / bỏ qua màn, số bước và số sao,
việc dùng gợi ý và hoàn tác, xem xong video có thưởng và sản phẩm đã mua (chỉ tên sản phẩm).
Firebase cũng tự động thu thập mã nhận dạng phiên bản ứng dụng, mã nhận dạng quảng cáo (khi được
phép), thông tin thiết bị và ứng dụng, vị trí gần đúng (quốc gia/khu vực từ IP) và dữ liệu sử dụng
như số phiên. Chúng tôi chỉ xem các báo cáo tổng hợp, ẩn danh; dữ liệu không gắn với tên hay thông
tin liên lạc của bạn vì chúng tôi không có những thông tin đó.

### Màn chơi mới — Firebase Remote Config và Hosting
Ứng dụng kiểm tra Firebase Remote Config để lấy danh sách chương và có thể tải gói màn chơi mới từ
Firebase Hosting. Các yêu cầu này kèm dữ liệu kỹ thuật cần để gửi nội dung (địa chỉ IP, mã cài đặt
Firebase, phiên bản ứng dụng, thông tin thiết bị). Không có dữ liệu cá nhân.
### Mua hàng — Google Play Billing
Giao dịch trong ứng dụng (Gỡ quảng cáo, Gợi ý không giới hạn) do **Google Play** xử lý. Chúng tôi
không nhận và không lưu thẻ thanh toán hay thông tin thanh toán của bạn. Ứng dụng chỉ nhận từ Google
Play danh sách sản phẩm bạn sở hữu để mở khoá và khôi phục khi cài lại. Thanh toán tuân theo chính

### Chia sẻ dữ liệu
Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu của bạn và không chia sẻ cho ai ngoài các dịch vụ Google nêu trên (đóng
vai trò nhà cung cấp dịch vụ cho chúng tôi hoặc bên kiểm soát độc lập theo chính sách riêng của họ).
Nút “Chia sẻ” mở bảng chia sẻ của Android với một đoạn chữ và đường dẫn Play Store; bạn tự quyết
định chia sẻ gì và với ai.
### Trẻ em
Snake Apple là trò chơi dành cho mọi đối tượng, không hướng tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Chúng tôi
không cố ý thu thập thông tin cá nhân của trẻ em. Nếu bạn cho rằng một trẻ em đã cung cấp thông tin
cá nhân, hãy liên hệ để chúng tôi hỗ trợ xoá.
### Thời gian lưu giữ và quyền của bạn
Dữ liệu trên máy được giữ đến khi bạn xoá dữ liệu ứng dụng hoặc gỡ ứng dụng. Dữ liệu do Google xử lý
được giữ theo chính sách của Google (dữ liệu Firebase Analytics mặc định giữ tối đa 14 tháng). Tuỳ
nơi bạn sống (ví dụ GDPR ở EU/Anh, Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP của Việt Nam về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân),
bạn có thể có quyền truy cập, chỉnh sửa, xoá, phản đối việc xử lý dữ liệu và rút lại sự đồng ý. Vì
ứng dụng không có tài khoản, chúng tôi thường không thể xác định bạn là ai; hãy liên hệ
`[CONTACT_EMAIL]`, chúng tôi sẽ hỗ trợ trong khả năng có thể, ví dụ đề nghị Google xoá dữ liệu phân
tích của phiên bản ứng dụng trên máy bạn.
### Bảo mật
Mọi kết nối giữa ứng dụng và các dịch vụ Google đều được mã hoá (HTTPS).
### Thay đổi
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách khi ứng dụng thay đổi. Phiên bản mới sẽ được đăng tại địa chỉ
này kèm ngày hiệu lực mới.
